I was born near Lyon in France. I am a gifted and Self-taught painter , and first started with drawing, using mainly charcoal. I believe that we are eternal learners and that everyday we improve our knowledges.

I have never been in an Art School, instead my father guided me to a career in industrial design, specialised in Micro-Mechanics...at least my love for details was satisfied...

From the age of 23, I travelled thru many countries ,  Europe, Pakistan, Afganistan, India, Nepal, Thailand, South America and others..., and gained a deep mystical understanding. For a period of time, I followed an Astologer/Yoga teacher and deepened my spiritual knowledges.

I met my husband, Chris, in 1980, and married him in 1982 (now divorced 07). In 1989, with our two sons, we emigrated to Australia.  In 1992, we opened " Le Resto", a french restaurant in Brisbane, which became during 10 years my personal gallery, as I was displaying my paintings on its walls.

In 1994, I attended the Brisbane School of Astrology to complete successfully a 4 years FAA Diploma, followed by two years of Psychological Astrology ,and by Bach Flower Remedies and Reiki Diploma courses.

Since 1999, I am settled in the beautiful  hinterland of Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, 

I lived in Cooran, which means "tall trees" in the Aboriginal language. And now (2007) Pomona. 

I really think that I have found my " Paradise", surrounded by magical "Tall Trees"....

 

Therefore, my paintings reflects all these experiences/philosophies described above,

 with a strong emtional emphasis/foundation, and my astrological world, rich in 

myths and archetypes is a " Well of Inspiration".

Each painting , is a "window/mirror", and carries a unique message, a visionary dream. Thru my paintings I release a flow of energy, sometimes in a compulsive way as if I needed to free myself. I like to use "metaphors" or symbols, and play with "ambiguity " being on the brink of two worlds, to give to the viewers an opportunity to feel and get a deep/awakening message, allowing them to be in touch with their inner-selves...

My journey has taken me from the caring of hospitality business to the caring world of healing and inner exploration. I paint to express my complex and deep Self, and to lay down on the canvas its reflection, using mediums as acrylic, oil paints and pastels...
